Rodo and Niko, the owners, believe that nature will take care of everything, giving us health, inspiration and creativity.

In 2014 they planted their first crops of aromatic plants in various areas of the White Mountains of Crete. Their love for herbs and Cretan nature developed to passion and ended up in the creation of tofillo.  They cultivate organically, collect and process by hand, and offer the treasures of the Cretan land traditionally. After all, connecting with nature can be simpler than what one thinks.
